my cousin child is now almost 2 years, he was born in IVF treatment, but still he is very short, looks like 6 months baby, what is the reason behind this?

Every baby development cycle is different. But in such case you should definitely ask your cousins to consult with their paediatrician because doctor can only advise well after examining baby. It is very important for baby to take all the necessary nutrition and proteins and regular diet plan. Which will be advised after examination
