A. Write Your Answer Here If it was the primary tooth that fell off then the second tooth will come around the time when the second tooth is supposed to erupt. And you have to wait until then

A. good morning you have to be patient and wait for some time wait for a couple of months more if it does not come then have to show to the dentist for a check up one's to be sure that there is no issue and what can be done
