my children is 3years 4months . he is nt eating food ....n height is also is nt growing as par his age..

A. Hi Mom, check the reason for baby not eating. it is because of indigestion , then you can give curd rice, ajwain water, lemon water, Buttermilk to relieve indigestion if it is because if hot water, then try to give cooling foods like cucumber , lemon juice, tomato soup, fruit smoothie etc

A. h.Hey momma, Children learn from elders, when family sits for eating ask him to sit. Make him temp to the food u eat. Like I use to tell my son if u eat different colours (daal-yellow, veggies - green, roti - white etc) of food u will b so strong like hulk (Cartoon character) And after he finishes his food we act like he got full power, and even by his small punch we act like we collapse🤪 And this way we keep him motivated to eat nutritious food.
