my child will b not intrested in any food to eat also vomoting all after eating food

A. Hello dear parent, wel some children are in habit of vomiting. So do not worry just try and give him.food in a gap of 3 to 4 hours and give in small portions only. Also let him play. Take him to the park so that he can exhaust his energy there. Let him.play for good 2 hours. After coming back give him keep hi healthy meal prepared. Do not let him eat chips. This ready helps.
