My child weight not gaining properly! And She also do not like to eat much things! Only like junk food! What to do

A. dear parent, avoid junk food, processed and packaged foods. these are not healthy for your child. it also reduces the appetite for healthy foods. for healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp
