You can begin with soft and mashed foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd.
Later mashed paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children4 years agoA. for many more on completion of six months you should keep on giving breastfeed only to your baby as it is really very good and will increase immunity of your baby after completion of six months you can start giving other food like the Dal ka pani or Rice Water
