my child usually got constipated and he pass hard and less stool as compared to his diet. what are remedies we can do to avoid his constipation

A. Give Plenty of liquids and give Buttermilk and apply castor oil

A. Plenty of liquids and fibre in the diet specially liquid like buttermilk could be very good along with water plus you should apply some castor oil in the Naval 60 ML of prune juice you can give before sleeping and start the day with a glass of warm water
