Q.
my child suffering from fever since last month...normal paracetamol reduce fever and after 1 or 2 days fever gone...but after 15 days fever come back...and when fever come it seems like very very hot body,fever came with cold.is it normal viral fever or something else???

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such sbituation is pbgaracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
