my child suffer light cough from today noon.he is 1.8 years old and his weight 12kg. which medicine give him and does . plz suggest

A. Hello, your baby boy is 20 months old and he is having coughs so his weight is good 12 kg so give him 2 ml syrup Ascoril Ls syrup for bffdr

A. any cough most of the time either it could be allergic or infective which needs proper evaluation. initially you can start by giving steam inhalation to your baby which will help in relieving symptoms to some extent and will make the baby comfortable.for small baby should be given indirectly from a distance.cough suppressants are usually avoided in children,it naeeds to be examined first before giving any kind of medicine. so it will be better if you consult your doctor for proper guidance along with proper dosage for the kind of problem.
