my child's skin is becoming as shown in the pic at some places like stomach,on hand she is not showing any sign of itching pain or discomfort but skin is becoming very rough what might be the reason ?

it looks like dry skin
please give Massage to your child daily
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes.
keep your child hydrated
apply thin layer of coconut oil or give Massage to your child daily
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene.
