Q.

My child often encounter with pain in leg.He is 4 yr old.What is reason behind it? What would you suggest

A. it's growth pains which is common in the lus age groups ve pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water

A. Switch your kid to a more healthy eating habits like use of ragi. Even Massage will work .

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
