my child not eating food,,,, he is now 2 and half year old,,,,,

Please avoid milk for now
BM can be given (if she's taking it )
Give her probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk lassi etc.if she's not having cough or cold
You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the daytime (don't wake her up though)
don't use RO water
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
