My child namah was not suppose to have fruits and nuts wat shud i do that he can have it and stared eating those sugaring meals which give those vitamins and minerals?

Ma’am Your queries in complete you have not mentioned as to why your child is not supposed to eat nuts and fruits is there an allergy is there is it is there any other issue that you have not cleared out so it would be better that you please discuss it with your doctor only heal advise you better on this
