my child just says dew words but is not talking... He understands things but is not able to communicate. He is 2 yrs 3 mths. Any advice if I have to wait or consult a pediatrician.

Mami Bai the age of 2 1/2 years if the child doesn’t pick up on the speech then we consider it as a delay so currently your child is already 2.3 I think it’s good for you to consult a speech therapist to check if there’s genuinely some delay in the speech because all other aspects and growth seems to be perfect
