ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. age of the baby is 3 years Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it give milk shake with dry fruit powder for weight gain get deworming done and give iron supplements

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi sir ,how you conclude it ? is your child having low weight(below 10kg)? if yes ,then you need to consult your pediatrician for proper diagnose. because low weight gain is caused by many reasons like low absorption of calories , worm Infection, nutritional deficiencies, indigestion etc
