first thing, please don't label your child
kids naturally do this when they feel stressed or anxious for something but can't express their feelings well,or they do this to get their parents attention
so please set consistent rules for your child and be firm with that
spend quality time with your child
give choices but not too many choices
for example
instead of asking whether he want to eat fruits or not,ask your child if he like to eat apple or banana?
