This is approximately 4 KG underweight and according to me it’s a matter of concern I would advise you to 1st check with your doctor why your child is not gaining weight is the food habit not proper or there is some deficiency that your child is going Thru or any other problem and on that basis for that you can check with the nutrition expert as well
