Q.

My child is suffering from anemia as per my doctor. My child growth is still and not increasing but he is active. Kindly suggest some food or home remedies for my son.

A. hi, if your baby has anemia than you need to give him iron rich food. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, black risen,raisins and prunes are rich in iron.
