Therefore, it is important to mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given even in smaller quantities. For weight gain, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 600-700 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
Engage him in physical activities like jumping, running, climbing, cycling, hanging bars and other outdoor games for good height gain. Restrict screen time.
