my child is newly born. i am giving breastfeeding but my milk is not sufficient to my child. What should I do to increase milk naturally? Right now iam giving my milk and formula powder to my Child simultaneously.

A. Hello mom.maintain a time gap between both the feeds , also avoid taking much stress , as far as you take rest whenever possible and also , take healthy and nutrtious meals before baby feed time you would get sufficent feed
