My child is lactose intolerance, he is 3 years ,so what to give in night so as his tummy would be full

A. I’m actually a child is three years old at this age kids don’t have anything they should sleep peacefully through the night after their dinner when you put your child to sleep just give water if you want to and don’t give milk in the nighttime it’s not advisable as a child is supposed to sleep for at least 8 to 10 hours at a stretch in the night otherwise you can go for water or soya milk
