hlo dr I want to say my baby is 10 months old he has lactose intolerance issue and suggests not to give milk base products.what should I give him so that he should get full nutrition

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 months agoA. Namaste Mom In such a case avoid all sorts of dairy products as well along with milk from animal source instead now you can give plant source milk such as coconut milk or soya milk or almond milk etc
