MY child is having red rashes all over her body except head....is it allergy or measeles....

Ma’am They both look quite similar though but without proper assessment it would be very difficult to say whether it is measles or just an allergy and also it would be required that you get a check with your doctor personally then only you will come to know what exactly it is
