my child is having fever since yesterday... I have given 5ml of paracetamol and 5ml of Antibiotics yesterday night... still having fever what should I do

It is the nature of the finger to repeat every 4 to 5 hours so that is why we suggested to repeat paracetamol every six hours and if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours connect with the Dr and reason are you giving antibiotic that’s not clear to me you should not give antibiotics randomly to the child it’s very unhealthy for them
