My child is having dry cough from last two days I was giving her honey with warm water but from today morning she having sore throat and blocked nose I have nebuliser should I give her only saline drops or any medicine in that

talishadi churn 2gm with honey thrice a day for dry cough
vasavleh 3gm with luke warm water
Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation
