my child is exactly 5 months 29 days(180 days). shall I start lactogen stage 2 ?

Madam it has been seen that when you start giving it to the child after completing the time of six months please find it heavy and they face constipation and major vomiting issues which is why as per my knowledge it is always best to give it after completing the time of seven months that would be much much better
