Q.

My child is always asking for chocolates and sweet foods. How does it effect his health or else is it ok to give 1 chocolate

A. Hello dear ma’am, please do not worry about it too much. It is not advisable to give too much chocolates to the baby as they are very high in sugar content. You can give one chocolate to the baby after every 2 to 3 days. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Thanks and take care
