Q.

my child is about to turn 4 and he has a speech delay ,he has started speaking sentences related to 2-3 words at 3.8 yrs .How much time he should take to speak and make full sentences on his own .He is a premature twin my daughter has achieved all the milestones on time,but my son is slow from the beginning

A. Actually the more you will make your child read and do the speech related exercise the child if you want your child to learn better proper sentences then what you do is if your child has learnt to read a little bit make your child practice reading reading the solution to a lot of problems when it comes to communication and speech and better language
