my child is 9month old and now iam pregnant but my delivery is cesarean i can take tablets it is harfmul to my breast feeding child

Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
