if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre diet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits
avoid giving more than 400 mzl milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined food
adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decrezasing constipation.
RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl1 Year agoA. I think it’s because of dehydration you really need to include good amount of liquid into your child every day diet which is what is going to be helpful and beneficial and if needed you can give laxative after consulting your doctor
