Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Height mainly depends on the family genes. You can give healthy balanced diet and include nuts, dry fruits and Protein rich foods in his daily diet. Also make the child involve in activities where he can hop often. Yoga asanas like tadasana, bhujangasana, Bitilasana, marjariyasana will improve the height.
