My daughter is 5.2 yrs old and she is 116 cm talk and her weight is 21.6 kg is it normal or overweight?

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent She might seem over weight from chart Please avoid packaged and processed food ,maida , sugar and RO water. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered. Give her millets and citrus fruits more.
