my child is 6 urar old his molars are erupting since 2 weeks due to which he is vomiting and have acid reflux , is it because of teething?

A. hello vomiting and reflux are usually not because of teething and may be gastritis due to eating outside. and may give meset for vomiting and get checked once if persistent symtpoms.
