my child is 6 mnths old now ... i am gvng her cow milk once or twice a day ... shez not hvng it ... i need some sweetner which doesnt effect my child's health n she could evn hve milk

A. Hello, your baby girl is 6 months old and if you are giving her a cows milk then it’s not advisable as it can cause an allergy and it’s a poor in iron medicine but calcium too

A. Hi mom It is better to give cow milk after one Year Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious diet Make meal time fun with toys and story Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
