Q.

my child is 5month for the past 2days she is crying after 8pm night also she is not drinking breast milk at that time but there is no problem in the morning can u please tell me a solution

A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after eachth feed is very important. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
