Q.

my child is 5 yr 11 month..very active he is..but his weight is 16.9 kgs and height is around 110 cms .I feel it's less.. any supplements I should add in his diet or some protein may be as I can't see him growing heightwise.. kindly advise

A. Namaste Mom Some small difference is acceptable as long as they are active for their age and eating healthy include foods from a regular family food . such as eggs, chicken. nuts and seeds, ghee , panner , dals , stuff paranthas , rice , roti. sago etc

A. Yes ma’am the child is little less than the height and weight so along with all the family foods I would recommend you to give both veg and non-veg proteins plus you should give moderate amount of fats calories and carbohydrate and put your child into good physical sports and activities like a proper class you should do so that the child is busy for 1 to 1.5 hours which will help in development of your child’s body overall
