my child is 5 years old he is not eating properly and his wait is only 14 kg please help me for his wait gain

A. Hello mom check his weight as per his birth weight which they almost triple by the age of 1 year and then it takes almost 5 years to double it . Give him usual food that are made for the family now , eggs , dry fruits and nuts , milk , panner , ghee , variety of dals and legumes like channa , rajma etc
