My child is 5 months old, during night time feeding, after feed she vomits, but sleeping peacefully, do I need to again feed her? Also, now a days, when she is sleeping she is urinating very very less

A. Namaste Mom, As that could be occuring due to reflux action as such,but it is fine that the child is not urinating while sleeping as far as he is doing it ones he waking up.
