my child is 5.8 years old , and I have notice hair fall , further noticing that his height and weight are not increasing .please guide .

All These things are probably interconnected with the food habits of your child your child will be low on iron which is my hair fall is happening and maybe your child is not eating at the very same time which is why your child is stuck with weight and height as well
