My child is 4 yrs old ..I saw eczema kind of rash on his thighs and near joints of hand ..what precautions to be taken in food which he is eating and which steroid ointment can be used to apply on the rash.. kindly advise and also if we shd consult the pediatrician or dermatologist for eczema in child..
