My child Is 4 years old she is coughing a lot, she pukes while coughing. It increases during night time. I have given her cough syrup but nothing happens.

A. hi if it happens at night time only, and since long time, please visit your pediatrician and get it checked whether it happens because of allergy or not. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes keep your child well hydrated give mixture of jeggary, pinch of turmeric powder and dry ginger powder in one tsp quantity twice in a day
