my child is 4 year old & his weight is 13 kg.he looks very thin.plz guide for weight gain

At this age child should be somewhere around 16 KG probably your child 3 KG underweight which is why you will be feeling that your child is looking lean to you so if it is okay with you please consult your doctor go ahead with all the necessary supplements and increase amount of protein into your child’s daily diet.
