my child is 4.5 yrs old, morning at 6.am he was having 101 fever , I hv given syrup paracetamol 250mg. fever repeated now in evening at 5pm that also 99.6 , he had loose motion once , I have given enterogermina once, should I give , z&d syrup and antibiotic also

A. yes you shoukd givenow. Loose stool is due to viral infection or any other . And is treated by just probiotics like econorm and o r s to drink for prevention of any type of dehydration . If any vomiting then emset can be given for that . Also avoid milk for some days
