My child is 3 yrs old, he is having fever in every 4 hours. Can I give paracetamol? Does it harmful?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl7 months agoA. You can give it every 6 hours as of now and that’s the right way to give it to the child and that’s going to b good and healthy and safe to b given to the child and u can do cons sponge regarding the temperature rising every 4 hours
