my child is 3 months and 24 days old...he has flakiness on his head....how can I treat it....and is it ok to use baby facial Cream for his face .....

just give massage with coconut oil daily.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
maintain good hygiene

please apply thin layer of coconut oil on your child head.
wash your child's hair twice in a week
use doctor's prescribed shampoo for this.
