My child is 3 months 23 days. He didn’t gain weight this month. Only gained 300 grams till now. But he’s active and sleeps properly. Why is it so and what should I do?

A. A minimum gain of 4 to 500 g is good so your child has not gained appropriately just hundred grams less but just to be on the safer side I’m going to advise you to start giving formula feeding as well so that you can balance out the growth and weight of your child as per the age
