my child is 3 month old. his weight gain slow. spits more. poty in 2-3 days

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 weeks agoA. It should be 500 g in a month if that’s not happening then you should start giving formula to the child along with the breastfeeding and vomiting and spitting of milk in this disease is very normal due to poor digestion as well as stomach reflux
