Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplecments like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. f
Diet counselling is also very important .

U I would just like to tell you that you should not force the child as of now it could be due to deficiency of iron in the body so you should just get a check with your doctor to understand it more and according to that only the doctor would be able to help you with the correct supplement
