Q.

my child is 2yr 4m. she is not having food properly she is still eating liquid food by force feeding she won't eat fruits at all.y she is not eating is this because of iron deficiency and how can we notice the iron deficiency

A. kindly avoid liquid food to ur child. ofer normal food, to correct iron deficiency, give iron rich diet to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable.
