Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL caftrn be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

U Eat a bite yourself and show it to your child how you are doing the food before swallowing that is what is going to be helpful in this case this is how you have to teach your child how to chew the food properly that’s your responsibility now how do you teach it
